3. Advertising Measurement and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). To measure whether our ads are working, we may share limited information with Meta, but only if you give us permission by checking the optional authorization box on our inquiry form. If you do not check the box, we do not share your information with Meta.
What we share if you authorize it: your name, email address, phone number, country, IP address, browser and device information, ad click identifiers, the web address of the page where you submitted the form, and the fact that you submitted an inquiry about our therapy services. Some of this information, such as your name, email, and phone number, is hashed (converted into a coded format) before it is sent.
What we never share with Meta: your diagnosis, symptoms, survey or intake answers, appointment details, insurance information, or details about your care.
Why: to measure the results of our advertising and improve how our ads are delivered.

Checking the box is optional and does not affect your ability to contact us or receive services.
Your authorization expires 12 months after you give it.
You may revoke it at any time by emailing [email protected]. After we receive your request, we stop sharing your information with Meta. Information already shared before then cannot be recalled.
You will receive a copy of your authorization by email.
How Meta uses this information: once shared, the information may no longer be protected by HIPAA and is handled under Meta's own Privacy Policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
